I understand how important it is for early years settings to feel confident supporting all children’s communication skills — especially those who may need a little extra help to thrive.

Strong language foundations are key for social interaction, emotional well-being, and future learning. I work in partnership with nurseries and preschools to create language-rich environments, upskill staff, and provide tailored support for individual children.

My approach is child-led, practical, and play-based — designed to fit seamlessly into your routines. Whether it’s coaching practitioners, offering direct intervention, or embedding strategies across your setting, I’ll work with you to meet the unique needs of your children, families, and staff.

Training course

Training

£350 · 3 hours

 

What's included:

  • Guidance on identifying and supporting children at risk of language delays, including when to refer for specialist support.

  • Opportunities for Q&A and discussions to address specific challenges within your setting.

  • Workshop follow-up materials, including handouts and summaries for continued learning.

  • These interactive workshops will empower your staff to feel confident and equipped to foster communication and language skills, ensuring every child can thrive.​​

Termly  Support

£750 · Per Term

  • Initial visit and needs audit based on the Better Communication Research Programme (BCRP).

  • One half-day coaching/training session for staff

  • ​Opportunities for Q&A and discussions to address specific challenges within your setting.

  • A review meeting with next steps and planning

  • Ongoing WhatsApp/email support for the term

  • Tailored resources and handouts for your setting to share with parents/carer
